Save Vietnam’s Wildlife (SVW) is a national Non-Profit Organisation in Vietnam that
was established under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations with
registration license from Ministry of Science and Technology.
Save Vietnam’s Wildlife commits to protecting and increasing populations of threatened
wildlife in Vietnam by rescuing threatened animals, protecting entire populations and
ensuring secured habitats. We act to identify and select the best solutions which
encompass high conservation value, are scientifically based, consider human
requirements and empower people to take informed action.
Save Vietnam’s Wildlife is looking a position of Finance & HR Officer
Duration: 8 months
Expected starting date: 15/11/2016

Work place: Save Vietnam’s Wildlife, Cuc Phuong National Park, Nho Quan, Ninh Binh
Responsibilities of Finance & HR officer
Organization, management and operation the accounting department.
Provide finance reports to donors at the end of project and annually finance
Collect receipts and control budget spending.
Support sub-recipients in preparing project budgets, financial reports, advance
requests, and annual tax reports to ensure compliance with Save Vietnam’s
Wildlife rules and regulations.
Liabilities to pay, agency debt, advance, cash, bank deposits
Procure office supplies and consumables, and record inventories, maintain the
offices in a good operational condition
Ensure all human resources are managed and dealt with appropriately and that
human resource files and databases are maintained for all employees
contracted to the centre.
Track health insurance, social insurance for employees;
Assist the working permit and visa process for foreign staff
Translate documents, when necessary from Vietnamese to English.
Organise and maintain the office filing system.
Assist administration works
Must be Vietnamese
University-level (bachelor level) qualification
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese
Not require experience
Strong networking and advocacy skills
Good organizational and reporting skills
Ability to cope with pressure/meet deadlines
Willingness to undertake frequent travel
